Shipping policy

UK SHIPPING

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only.

Standard UK shipping costs £2.99 for orders below £25. UK orders of £25 or more qualify for free shipping.

Products are sourced after your order is placed and dispatched through our overseas fulfilment partners.

ORDER TRACKING

When your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Tracking information may take time to update after dispatch.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because the customer provided missing, incomplete, or incorrect delivery information.

We do our best to prevent errors by asking every customer to verify their shipping information in the order confirmation. If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately at leeweihong0219@gmail.com.

PACKAGE MARKED AS DELIVERED

If an item is marked as successfully delivered to the correct address by the delivery carrier, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly and request written confirmation that the package was lost, stolen, misdelivered, or otherwise not received.

After receiving this documentation, we will endeavour to send you a replacement order. Any replacement will be offered at our discretion. In this specific situation, we cannot issue a refund.

IMPORT TAXES AND REFUSED PACKAGES

We are not responsible for duties, taxes, customs fees, or other import charges under any circumstances.

If the order arrives in the destination country and:

  • The customer refuses to accept the package; or
  • Delivery cannot be completed in the destination country;

We reserve the right to abandon the package and will not be responsible for issuing a refund.

WHERE IS OUR COMPANY BASED?

We are based in Malaysia. However, because we work with multiple sorting centres around the world, products may be dispatched from overseas warehouses or fulfilment partners.

This international fulfilment network allows us to offer our products at more affordable prices.
